I am a researcher with a background in textile and industrial engineering, focusing on the intersection of sustainability, production systems, and circular economy strategies. My research explores how industries — particularly textile, apparel, and emerging technology sectors — can transition toward regenerative and resource-efficient models through innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and system thinking.
Circular economy and regenerative business strategies
Sustainable production systems and industrial transitions
Responsible and transparent supply chains
Employee well-being and human factors in sustainable models
Business model innovation for second-life and reuse applications
Cross-sector innovation (e.g., textiles, batteries, electronics)
Integration of technology and systems thinking in sustainability

Employee Health and Well-being in the Circular Economy Context – A Systematic Literature Review
Conducted a PRISMA-based literature review to identify how social aspects like employee well-being, occupational safety, and skills development are considered in the context of circular business models.
Highlighted a gap in current CE literature around integrating human-centered practices.
I aim to explore how circular economy principles can be translated into practical business models and value chain designs, particularly in industries such as:
Textiles and fashion: post-consumer recycling, clothing libraries, extended producer responsibility
Energy and electronics: second-life applications for lithium-ion batteries, modular design, reverse logistics
Cross-sector comparisons: how learning from one industry (e.g., textiles) can inform innovation in another (e.g., batteries)
These research themes align with my goal of contributing to the development of holistic, interdisciplinary frameworks for sustainable industrial systems.
